Unlike most Irish online sex shops we actually have a warehouse and stock our items. We ship the majority of our orders with the same day dispatch for next day courier delivery.
Almost 94% (as of Jun 2014) of our orders arrive next day. But we do accept that the odd time there are problems which no matter who's fault it is, is our responsibility.
Here are the best steps to follow if you want to check on your delivery.
Depending on the delivery method chosen during checkout you will have a tracking code link on your dispatch email. When we ship your order we include a tracking link in the dispatch email and this records the progress of your order through the courier delivery system.
If you check it straight away after we ship it might not have been picked up by the courier yet and might not have any tracking information. But once the courier arrives they scan the parcels and the tracking should be shown.
We use GLS as our main courier. If they arrive and you are not there they will try to contact you and leave a calling card with contact details. Alternatively you can contact the courier directly to organise the shipment to be delivered.
If you choose Standard Post as the delivery option or Parcel Motel then we will not have any tracking information and can not guarantee next day delivery. You will still receive the shipping dispatch email with all the details of your order.
If your postman tries to deliver while your not home you should receive a parcel slip in through the letter box asking you to collect it at the local depot.
If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to us after about 7-12 days at which point we contact you to re-organise delivery.
If you choose to ship using Parcel Motel we will ship it using our standard courier delivery, but when it arrives in Parcel Motel you should be able to track the parcel using the tracker on your Parcel Motel account. We find in our experience it arrives at Parcel Motel next day but may take an extra day to reach your chosen pickup point.
With Depot Collection you have chosen to pickup the parcel at your local GLS courier depot. There are 6 thoughout the country. It will be available to collect the day after dispatch at your local GLS depot. You can contact the local depot directly to confirm your parcel is available for collection. Once we send the dispatch email it will be available for collection the following working day.
